He listened carefully to our ideas , shared with us his extensive knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping, made practical suggestions, then incorporated all this into a detailed drawing which, after several alterations, became the basis for a workable plan. John followed up with an itemised budget which he kept to despite having to overcome unforeseen issues with a ground laden with clay and builders rubble. John has an amazing work ethic which comes with an attention to detail which could be seen in his pointing technique. He showed up early each day, worked cheerfully throughout, pausing only to answer my questions and provide insights into his work. He left the site tidy each evening. Importantly, John does what he says hes going to do. No B.S! straight shooter. We are more than happy with the result of the hard landscaping and look forward to the implementation of his planting plan in the early Spring.”
